Blom, President WPC - Parkway Development Corporation 3960 Broadway, Suite 125, LB 19 Garland, TX 75043 RE: The Enclaves on the Parkway, Preliminary Plat Dear Mr. Blom: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of The Enclaves on the Parkway, located on the south side of Parkway Boulevard, across from Kid County, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 15, 1994. The following conditions apply: o o Care needs to be taken to insure the Homeowners Association Agreement clearly spells out the obligations of the homeowners, such agreement needs to be submitted to the City for review; the property currently under ownership of the RTC would need to be transferred to the Wilbow Peck group prior to any agreement being struck between the developer and the City regarding maintenance, ownership, or improvement to the canal area; them needs to be landscaping and access easement between Lots 15 and 16; and costs associated with City/Developer participation needs resolution. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 10, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
