Dear Mr. Sieb:
This letter is regarding a proposed subdivision, The Enclaves on the Parkway, for which a
preliminary plat is being submitted on September 21, 1994. The property for the proposed
subdivision is located on the south side of Parkway Boulevard, east of the Parks of
Coppell and west of Parkview Addition.
We are hereby requesting two (2) variances to the subdivision ordinance. These variances
are as follows:
Deletion of Alleys. The existence of a drainage canal behind many
of the lots makes alleys non-compatible with the proposed layout.
700' Long Cul-De-Sac. The property configuration lends itself to
such a layout.
