feet south of Sandy Lake Road.

SUM34ARY: Applicant has requested that the final plat be
postponed until further notice.
ALTERNATIVES: 1] Deny the Final Plat. (Due to 30 day State
statute requirements.

On behalf of my client, I would like to request that the hearing for the above
referenced plat be postponed for a month. It is my understanding that this
will be achieved by the Planning and Zoning Commission denying the plat
without prejudice, thereby allowing a subsequent hearing without payment of
additional review fees.
