Dear Taryon:
The owner of the proposed subdivision, referenced above, has authorized me to
request the following two variances on the preliminary and final plats:
1. That no alleys will be required for the lots that have Golf Course
frontage.
2. That the requirement calling for residences built in the zoning district
to be located no farther than three feet from one side lot line be
waived.
