1. Modify the following items on the landscape plan:
a) Screen the 2 parking spaces north of the sallyport with a 30" hedge or berm.
b) Provide another planting island east of the 2 parking spaces north of the
sallyport. All planting islands must contain at least 1 tree.
c) Substitute the Photinia with the Nellie R. Stevens Holly. Note that if the
Nellie R. Stevens Holly is being used to screen parking spaces, the living
barrier must be 30" high at the time of planting.
2. Specify colors of building materials on the Building Elevations. Bring to the
August 6th Development Review Committee color samples.
3. Show elevations of any proposed signage.
4. The original minor plat did not show the fire lanes for the existing buildings. As a
new fire lane is being added on site, shouldn't the property be replatted?
Note:
A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations.
Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 6th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 6th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for
the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August llth to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
