LOCATION:
Northeast corner of the inter-
section of Heartz Road and Bethel
School Road.
REQUEST: Preliminary and Final Plat approval
APPLICANT: First United Methodist Church
Represented by Ron Hobbs
The applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary and final
plat on this proposed church.site.
Through staff review, the plats meet all the requirements for
submittal specified in the subdivision ordinance regulations. Wayne
Ginn, City Engineer, was absent for review, but his staff had one
comment in regards to the parking lot slab thickness, the plans
specified four (4) inches and their recommendation is six (6) inches.
Since Wayne is working on those specifications and his staff doesn't
have access to them, ! won't be able to get a confirmation on the
proposed thickness of parking lot slabs until his return of November
14th. I will verify this the evening of the public hearing.
The staff recommends approval of both the preliminary and final
plats.
