The regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Coppell Development Review Committee
will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 1998 in the second floor Conference Room of
thc Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard. The first DRC meeting date is a
closed session attended by staff only. Applicant is required to be present for the
December 3rd meeting; an Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to
attend this meeting, although attendance is not mandatory.
1:30 p.m. S-1155, Dickey's Barbecue Restaurant, a zoning change request from "C"
to "C-S.U.P." to allow a 4,000 sf restaurant on .775 acres of property and
the development of 18 parking spaces on .360 acres of property, located
along the west side of S. Denton Tap Road, south of the St. Louis Railroad
right-of-way and east of Bullock Drive, at the request of Burson and
Williams Architect Inc.
1:45 p.m. . S-1131R, Chadick Art Annex, a zoning change request from "C-S.U.P." to
"C-S.U.P.", to allow an attached gable sign on an existing commercial
building, as well as to permit a wooden monument sign and a wooden
screen for a proposed dumpster on 1.37 acres of property, located at 509 V2
W. Bethel Road, at the request of Steve Chadick.
2:00 p.m. PD-174, ProofRock Waterproofing Systems,.a zoning change request from
"C" to "PD-C" to allow a 1,560 sf storage addition to an existing
residential structure on Commercial property, located at 196 Southwestern
Boulevard, at the request of Frances Kilborne.
2:15 p.m. PD-175, Estates of Denton Creek, a zoning change request from "SF-12"
to "PD-SF-9", to allow the development of a 55 residential lot subdivision
