This letter is to inform you that First United Methodist Church, Section Two, Replat, to allow a
revision to the west parking lot on approximately 7.039 acres of property located at the northwest
comer of Bethel School Road and Heartz Road, was approved by City Council Tuesday, May 8,
2001, with no conditions.
This Final Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (November 8, 2001) or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's
responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see
the enclosed checklist for the requirements for filing.
