This letter is to inform you that First United Methodist Church, Section Two, Replat, to allow a
revision to the west parking lot on approximately 7.039 acres of property located at the northwest
comer of Bethel School Road and Heartz Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 19, 2001, subject to one condition:
Clearly label the sidewalk easement.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 16, folded blackline copies of
the replats on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday, April 25th, so that your request can be forwarded
on to Council for consideration.
