RE: The Estates of Cambridge Manor, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Bommarito:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve The Estates of Cambridge Manor, Final
Plat, located on the north side of DeForest Road, 1,600 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 14, 1994. The following conditions
apply:
(1) all easements must be shown on the face of the plat;
(2) the 100-year flood plain must be clearly indicated;
(3) escrow must be provided for improvement to DeForest Road; and
(4) a Hike and Bike Trail must be provided.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to December 13,
1994, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
