Beamer Development initially paid $739.25 for the application of a zoning case submittal for the Estates of Cambridge Manor. Gary Sieb asked the applicant to submit a Planned Development application, (which is a different fee), and explained that we would not charge him any additional fees for the PD. In summary, two fees have been paid for the same proposal. Please refund the amount of $739.25 to Beamer Developer. Thanks for your assistance. If you need additional information, please let me know.
