Please review the attached information regarding payment of zoning application fees.
Beamer Development initially paid $739.25 for the application of a zoning case submittal for
the Estates of Cambridge Manor. Gary Sieb asked the applicant to submit a Planned
Development application, (which is a different fee), and explained that we would not charge
him any additional fees for the PD.
In summary, two fees have been paid for the same proposal. Please refund the amount of
$739.25 to Beamer Developer.

Dear Mr. Sieb:
Pursuant to our recent application for SF-9 zoning on our
property located on Deforest Road (2/10 of a mile east of
MacArthur Boulevard), the following is hereby submitted for
your information and possible action:
- The Developmental K~view Committee has advised
Bill Anderson (Dowdy & Associates), that they
would prefer this tract of land be utilized as
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT opposed to SF-9 zoning.
- Beamer Development, Inc., would like to respect-
fully request that the SF-9 zoning application fee
of seven-hundred thirty-nine dollars and twenty-five
cents ($739.25) be applied to our application for
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
- The PLANNED DEVELOPMENT application will be submitted
as soon as the FEMA conditional letter of map revision
has been approved.
In closing, we'd like to thank you for your serious consideration
of our PLANNED DEVELOPMENT application.
