Beamer Development, Inc., has been in the process of having Cambridge Manor Estates re-zoned from agricultural to residen- tial zoning by first meeting with the Developmental Review Commission and then being scheduled on the agenda for the Coppell Planning & Zoning Committee (P&Z) meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 16, 1993. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that due to a contractual matter that surfaced today we must ask that your office withdraw Beamer Develop- ment, Inc., from the December Planning & Zoning meeting. The contract in question only affects .67 acres of the total twenty-five (25) acres and will not have an adverse effect on Cambridge Manor Estates other than having approximately fifty (50) lots opposed to fifty-two (52) lots. Ms. Bowman, in closing, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and your staff.
