Development Fee Assessment
Dear Mr. Cook:
Attached please find a list of the development fee assessment related to
the above referenced project dated June 10, 1991, revised on June
28,1991. This revision reflects the impact fees charged for irrigation
meter.
Please provide a check in the amount of $132,874.80 made payable to the
City of Coppell and forward it to the attention of Ms. Carolyn Bebermeyer,
Finance Department, no later than July 16, 1991.
The development inspection fee (not included in the above figure) must be
paid to the City of Coppell prior to the preconstruction meeting. This
fee is equal to 2% of the construction cost.
