Dear Ms. Bowen:
At the request of the owner of the referenced project, we respectfully request that the City
grant a request to extend the approval of the Final Plat of the site for a period of six
months. As we discussed, the approval of the Final Plat for the site, which was approved
by Council on December 12, 1991, is scheduled to expire on June 12, 1991.
In addition, we request that this item be placed on the June 11, 1991 City Council agenda
for consideration.
