Dear Tim:
This letter is to inform you that the Fountain Park, Phase Two, Lots 1-8, Block D, Preliminary
Plat, to allow the development of 8 residential lots on approximately 3 acres of property located
along the north side of Sandy Lake Road and along the west side of Cascade Way, was approved
· by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 12, 1998, subject to the following conditions:
1) The aerial electrical lines shown on Lot 7 be eliminated.
2) The screening wall along Sandy Lake Road will match the existing
Fountain Park, Phase I screening wall.
3) The ownership and maintenance of the wall, fence and landscaping will be the
responsibility of the Homeowner's Association.
