Re: Variances for the Frank Addition
Dear Tayron:
As we discussed, the Frank Addition may require several variances, to be approved
in the proposed configuration. The variances are as follows:
I. To allow alley access only, in lieu of an alley along the rear of the property
2. To allow drive way access to Hartz Road
3. To allow a 10-foot side yard setback for Lot
It is our understanding that if these variances were approved, that the Frank
Addition could meet City of Coppell requirements.
