Beltline Road from Moore Road east to MacArthur Boulevard and
authorizing the Mayor to sign.
Mr. Tim House made the presentation to the Council. He is requesting
approval of the Resolution to endorse the concept only and is not
requesting a legal document. City Attorney Larry Jackson indicated that
the Resolution that is before the Council is for endorsement and support
of the concept and could not be construed to be a legal document.
Following discussion on this item, Councilman Smothermon moved that
Resolution R.062387.1 be approved. Councilman Morton seconded; motion
carried unanimously with Mayor Pro Tem Stanton, Councilmen Wilkerson,
Morton, Smothermon, Cowman and Wolfe voting in favor of the motion.

Item 10: Consider approval of a Final Plat Application for Frank
Addition, at the request of Gerald Frank, located 630' from
the northeast corner of Bethel School Road and Heartz Road.
The variances are as follows:
1. To allow alley access only, in lieu of an alley along the
rear of the property.
2. To allow driveway access to Heartz Road.
3. To allow a 10 foot side yard setback for Lot #1.

Mr. Greg Edwards of Metroplex Engineering made the presentation to the
Council on behalf of Mr. Gerald Frank. Mr. Edwards stated that all
requirements had been met and shown on the plat as requested. Variances
requested are to allow alley access only in lieu of an alley along the
rear of the property, to allow a driveway across Heartz Road and to
allow a ten foot (10') sideyard setback for Lot 1. Following discussion
on this item, Councilman Wolfe moved that this plat be approved.
Councilman Wilkerson seconded; motion carried unanimously with Mayor Pro
Tem Stanton, Councilmen Wilkerson, Morton, Smothermon, Cowman and Wolfe
voting in favor of the motion.
