Cambridge 1P/Re-NR 950420 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a replat of The Estates of Cambridge Manor, Lots 8, 9, & 10, Block "B" at the request of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc., to correct an error in a course and distance on the rear of a 7.5 foot utility easement between Lots 8 through 10, Block "B", on property generally described as follows: on Castle Creek Drive. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
