Replat:
1. Show zoning of adjacent properties.
2. If public sidewalks are not to be constructed when the property develops then provide a note
stating "Public sidewalks to be constructed by the property owner when directed by the City
Engineer".
3. Provide utility easement for proposed meter vaults.
4. Impact fees will be required.
Site Plan:
5. A median opening on Northpoint Drive for the easterly driveway will not be permitted
because it is too close to the Royal Lane intersection.
6. Left turn lanes must be constructed at all median openings.
Landscaping Plan:
7. Show sight visibility triangles at all driveways.
8. The irrigation plans should be on 24" x 36" sheets as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
