1 Royal Lane can not be used as a fire lane. An adcli~onal fire lane is required on the
Fast side of the property.
2. Fire Department Connection (FDC) can not be loca~l on thc building. Locate between
3 and 6 feet from the f~'e lane and within 50 fcct of a fire hydrant.
3. All portions of the buildh~g will be required to be protected by a fully automatic fire
sprinkler system. ^ Class III s~ndpipe system is also rcquixed.
4. A fire alarm system will be required.
5. Show location of all fire hydrants.
