The drainage easement that contains the existing 60" RCP, generally on Lot 3R, should be
a minimum of 20' in width.
Is Lot 1R going to be a common area for this development? If so, will there be a Property
Owners Association?
3. The correct signature block for the floodplain administrator should be shown.
4. A utility easement should be provided to contain the portion of the sanitary sewer that will
service both Lot 3R and 4R.
5. Show easements on MEPC property.
