Freeport-3.1/Re-NR 970619 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Cemer, for consideration of Freeport North, Tract 5, Replat, to create a single lot to accommodate a 297,902 square foot office/warehouse facility on 27.8548 acres of property located at the northeast corner of Gateview Boulevard and Royal Lane, at the request of Halff Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
