The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, April 2, 1998, and heard your
request for a variance from Section 29-4-2(B) of the City's Zoning Ordinance, which
concerns the number of signs allowed in business zoning districts, for the properties
located at 1111 Northpoint Drive and 445 S. Royal Lane.
The Board voted to grant your variance for two monument signs on one platted parcel,
allowing you to place a monument sign at each of the above addresses.
