Please be advised that the easement for street purposes for Creekview Drive originally granted
to the City of Coppell pursuant to that certain plat ("Original Plat") recorded in the Map Records
of Dallas County, TX, was effectively vacated and abandoned by the dedication and fee of a
revised route for Creekview Drive in the replat recorded in Volume 95245, Page 2050 of the
Map Records of Dallas County, TX.
Please also be advised that the original easement for CreekMew Drive granted under the Original
Plat was never constructed or utilized.
