Development-94, Single Family-9) to allow an expansion of the existing
home into the required eight (8) foot side yard, on approximately 0.8 of an
acre of property located at 637 Swan Drive, at the request of Lester and
Bridget Bell.
Nash Manor, Replat of Lot 6 of the Stringfellow Addition, to allow the
platting of six (6) single-family lots on approximately 2.27 acres of
property located at the end of Nash SWeet, approximately 395 feet south of
