Following the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of February 19, I requested 17
additional copies of your site plan, landscape plan, building elevations and color rendering to
distribute with the Council packets for the Council meeting of March 10. We did not receive
these by noon yesterday as xve requested. Therefore, we will not be requesting the City Secretary
to place your item on the City Council's agenda for March 10.
