Site Plan to allow the development of a 125,103 square foot office/warehouse facility on 12.28 acres of property located at the southwest comer of Royal Lane and Northpoint Drive was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 19, 1998, subject to the following recommended condition: 1. Reduction of the number of monument signs to one per platted lot, unless the Board of Adjustment authorizes a variance to the requirement. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 10, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. We need by February 26th, 12 noon, 17 additional copies of the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building elevations (2 sheets) and color rendering~ to forward on to Council.
