Remove sheets IA 2.1, 2.2, 3.2, & 5.2. These sheets are not needed for this
submission.
Reduce plan sheets to measure 24" x 36".
Place location map on cover sheet of plan submission and provide more detail of
the approximate site location. (Sections currently on the front may be placed on
second sheet)
Label building on cover sheet to show square footage, use, & occupant.
Provide note on the cover sheet to indicate zoning & site area.
Indicate height of generator on the enlarged site plan elevation, in order to
confirm it is well screened behind the 10' high screen wall.
Revise discrepancy on the enlarged site plan elevation; steel gates are indicated to
measure 12', while the screen wall is indicated to measure 10'. Please remedy.
Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. ShouM applicant disagree with staff comments please provide
reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the
December 7th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the December 7th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and defend any revision. ~q
representative for this project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, December 12th to resubmit sixteen (16) folded
copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to
the Planning Department
