COMMENT STATUS: 'PRELIM1NARY
1. Show the width of the one way driveways into the new parking lot.
2. Will the proposed median into the new driveway be raised? Will it have brick pavers in it?
3. Denote on the plat that the proposed median will be owned and maintained by property
owner.
4. On the Engineering DRC plans submitted, the street name is shown as North Star Court.
According to the existing plat the street name is North Texas Drive. Please make the
correction to the Engineering DRC plans.
5. On the site plan, show the existing curb inlet which will be in conflict with the proposed
driveway.
6. The proposed driveway location conflicts with an existing low point inlet. The engineering
plans show to relocate the inlet west of the proposed driveway. Since the existing inlet is a
low point inlet the existing street will have to be removed and replaced to accommodate the
new low point inlet location.
