RE: Fairway Drive - Final Plat
After reviewing the above referenced item with Public Works
Supervisors, please find below items which will need to be resolved
prior to final plat acceptance:
Show proposed railroad crossing to Beltline Rd. on plat.
Existing Fairway Drive to be used as a multi-family entry.
Railroad pads to extend to R.O.W. line.
Water main to be installed prior to construction of Fairway
Drive.
No Homeowner's Maintenance Agreement is required.
The only fees applicable are street light and street sign, due
prior to final acceptance.
