Old existing Fairway Drive - what does City want done with old
brick paver crosswalks existing in Riverchase Drive?
Street grades at the Belt Line Road intersection need revised due
to County re-alignment of Belt Line Road centerline (see plan
attached).
Need variance for temporary cul-de-sac on Fairway Drive at
railroad since distance exceeds 600'.
Sheet 3-4:
Belt Line Road pavement centerline shifts 10' South per redesign
by County (ie., North parkway width now 29.5' to back/curb and
South parkway is 9.5').
Sheet 4-4:
Sanitary sewer manhole in conflict with proposed inlet.
Sanitary sewer in Fairway Drive needed.
Include drainage area map.
Hydraulic grade line add to storm sewer.
