Enclosed are two prints of the revised final plat for the above refer-
enced project. We have added the utility and floodplain blocks as you have
requested.
Also enclosed is a copy of a letter we sent to the railroad asking them
to replace the original alignment with the new one and a copy of the drainage
area map for the area near the proposed street.
The construction plans show no sanitary sewer improvements because the
tracts adjacent to the street are adequately served by other means.

Dear Mr. Brasher:
Attached is a copy of a letter dated October 15, 1986, requesting
a grade crossing for "Fairway Drive" on behalf of the City of Coppell.
This request should still be in the processing stages of your approval
procedure.
Since this request was made, various circumstances have resulted
in a realignment of said "Fairway Drive". The new location is parallel
to and approximately 265.00 feet east of the original crossing. This
location should have no adverse affects upon the Traffic Impact Analysis
data as previously submitted. We have included an updated final plat,
paving plan, and crossing detail sheet. We request that these sheets
be substituted for those in the original request, to avoid delaying
the approval process.
