RE: Freeport North~ Lot 1 Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Reagan:
This letter is to inform you that Freeport North, Lot 1, Site Plan Amendment, to allow the
enlargement/expansion of a screening wall on 7.1784 acres of property located at the southeast
comer of Northpoint Drive and Royal Lane, at the request of Alliance Architects was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
February 15, 2000, with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 6, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 13 folded copies of the all
exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ February 21st, so that your request can be forwarded
on to Council for consideration.
