Remarks:
Per your request, we can process this Amended Plat administratively if
we receive written approval from TXU and verification of approval from
Mike Martin in the Engineering Department.
This plat will be titled: AMENDING PLAT
And will contain the following:
"The Director of Planning has executed the above referenced
document pursuant to Section 212.016 of the Local Development
Code, which provides for a correction of error and therefore, no
additional signatures are required."
Then provide a signature block for Gary L. Sieb, Director of Planning.
Then after all signatures are acquired, on all the copies as you would
with any Final Plat, then it can be filed it with the county.
