Enclosed are two copies of the elevations of the above referenced project indicating.
where we would like to place the building signage. The sign on the screen wall is 16'
in overall length by 5' tall, the sign on the south cOrner of the building is 12' long by
3'-9" tall. Both signs are non-illuminated, although we may place some ground or
pole mounted spot lights,, and both signs meet the 75' setback requirements if you
don't consider the screen wall or the building as part of the sign.
We have started the permitting process and any assistance you can lend would be
greatly appreciated.
