Reolat of Lot 3C and a portion of Lot b'R (OuilB Dear Sir/Madam: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Freeport North, Replat of Lot 3C and a portion of Lot 5R (Quill), to create a single lot that will allow the development of a 147,000 square foot office/warehouse facility, located on the east side of Royal Lane, approximately 55' north of the intersection of Gateview Boulevard and Royal Lane, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, April 9, 1996. The following conditions apply: (1) (2) Compliance with Engineering comments (copy attached), and a parking special exception needs to be sought from the Board of Adjustment. Please be advised that no construction may begin until this replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to October 9, 1996, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
