Please revise sheet size to 24' x 36'. 2. Delineate the staging area (outside storage) with darker line, and add note that states that materials stored outdoors shall not exceed __ feet in height, and shall not be visible from adjacent properties and/or public rights-of-way. 3. It appears that there is an existing curb line and grassy area within the designated staging area, will this area be concrete? 4. Dimension new equipment storage area and refer to detail on sheet A-2. What is the height of the equipment being screened within this storage area? 5. Need to add a note that all landscape areas and plant materials are existing, and revise TABULATIONS to delete the area calculation for feature landscaping.
