Freeport Parkway as proposed on the existing Comprehensive Thoroughfare Plan (see attached
map), connects south of Coppell Road, and would join the existing Freeport Parkway Boule-
vard (near Bethel Road). The applicant has requested consideration of a re-alignment c
Freeport Parkway, which would aliow Freeport to use a reverse curve alignment to State
Road, then follow State Road to Sandy Lake Road, and then curve to the northwest to the
existing planned interchange with S.H. 121 Freeway.
The request to consider an alternate alignment for Freeport Parkway is being requested by
the applicant of the next zoning case following this item, Case ~ZC-523. Freeport Parkway
as proposed would cut through the tract.
