LOCATION: Directly north of I.H, 635; east of
Grapevine Creek
REQUEST: Requesting final plat approval of
Freeport Parkway
APPLICANT: Triland Develoopment, Inc.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to extend Freeport
Parkway southward within 500 ft. of IH 635. This will also include
an extension of Cowboy Drive and a tie-in with Gateway Boulevard.
The State Highway Department will construct an overpass within the
next ten (10) months that will connect Freeport Parkway in Coppell
with that portion of the road that exists in Irving.
STAFF EVALUATION: The City Engineer, after extensive review and
analysis, recommends approval of this final plat.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The P&Z Commission recommended Approval
(3-0) of this final plat. (April 18, 1985)
