required construction inspection fees for the above. This
was determined based on the following:
Excavation, Water, Sanitary
Sewer, Storm Sewer (Bid) $ 616,065
Paving and Subgrade (Estimated) 340.000
TOTAL $ 956,065
x 3.25%
Construction Inspection Fee $ 31,072
As you are aware, the fees being charged under the existing
subdivision ordinance are being considered for reduction by
the City Council in an upcoming meeting. Therefore, this fee
is paid under protest and we expressly reserve the right to
receive a reimbursement of any excess portion in the event
that the existing fees are reduced in the future.
