In September 1988 the Coppell Commercial Landowners Association
submitted to you a proposed transportation plan for the west side
of Coppell. A copy of that letter and layout is attached.
Shown in this revised plan is the extension of the existing Freeport
Parkway to connect with State Road. This extension is the most
critical link in the whole plan for the west side of Coppell.
