Dear Mr. Ratliff:
As you are aware, we currently have a rezoning request and
preliminary plat for the Oak Bend subdivision filed with the
City for consideration. Our plat is consistent with an align-
ment of future Freeport Parkway along State Street. This is
the proposed alignment requested by the Coppell Commercial
Landowners Association and other individual owners along Freeport
Parkway.
To facilitate a speedy review of this Freeport Parkway alignment,
and subsequent consideration of our rezoning and preliminary plat,
we are prepared to assist with the financing of the review of
this proposal by an outside traffic consultant of the City's
choosing.
My understanding is that such a review is estimated to require
about $500.00 of consulting time, and I hereby commit to covering
up to $750.00 of expenses to expedite such a review.
