Re: Road Construction - Creekview Drive Extension
Dear Gary:
This will confirm our agreement that Duke-Weeks Realty Limited Partnership
("Owner"), shall be responsible for constructing the extension of Creekview Drive
roadway as depicted on the attached Exhibit A, such extension to cover solely the area
(the "Extension Area") from the point designated as "End of Exist. Pvmt." to the point
designated as "Proposed Asphalt Pvmt." on Exhibit A. The completion of such extension
within the Extension Area shall satisfy all of Owner's obligations to the City of Coppell
in regard to constructing roadways, and no further improvements shall be required to be
performed by Owner.
