Dear Mr. Jones,
Per your discussion with Brian Bristow and/or Pat Acker, HalffAssociates is
submitting a partial package for the Catellus Development Corporation's signs for
Gateway Business Park. Attached are revised sign details (sheets SW.0, SW-1, and SW-
2) per staff comments, structural sign details (sheet S-I) per your request, and landscape
plans (sheets L-l, L-2, and G-l) for reference only. On Monday, August 17, 1998, three
(3) plats for the sign locations were submitted to the City of Coppell Planning
Department. On Tuesday, August 18, 1998, Isabelle Moro stated she had received
everything from Halff Associates regarding the August 17 plat submittal.
