Request: Preliminary plat approval
Applicant: Graham and Assoc.; Trustee for Ward Hunt
A review of the proposed preliminary plat meets all the requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance regulations for submittal.
The City engineer was concerned with the proposed 100' right of~:;way of Royal
Lane; his recommendation was 120' of right of way. The right of way of Royal
Lane through the City of Irving is lO0' so the applicant does not see a
necessity for the additional 20' right of way. Therefore, it is the staff's
request that this matter be left to the discretion of the Commission.
It's the staff's recommendation that this proposed plat be approved.
