Gatew-1.1/Re-DR 980827 City of Coppell Development Review Committee Comments Planning Department Gateway Business Park, Replat of Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Lots 3 & 4, Block 2, and Final Plat of Lot 3, Block A, and Lot 1, Block B DRC Date: August 27, 1998 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: September 17, 1998 City Council Meeting: October 13, 1998 1. Planning staff would like to see Lot 3, Blk. 1, Lot 4, Blk. 2, and Lot 3, Blk. A and Lot 1, Blk. B shown as common areas rather than separate lots. In the LI district all lots must be at least 5,000 sf. and the minimum lot width is 50 feet. None of the lots conform to minimum standards for separate lots. Note: A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the September 3rd DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September 8th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
