1. Specify the maximum height of the generator.
2. The screening wall must be tilt-wall, instead of painted CMU.
3. What is the circle above the generator, an exhaust pipe? Will it be visible from
ground level? If so, will it be painted to "match" the color of the
building/screening wall?
4. Has consideration been given to relocating this generator further north along this
eastern wall, to be less visible from LBJ Freeway?
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based
on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the February 7n Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the
February 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and
defend any revision. A representative for this project is required to attend the
meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, February 12tn to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
one JPEG or Powerpoint Slide of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
