RE: Gateway Business Park, Lot 2, Block A, Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Stastny:
This letter is to inform you that the Gateway Business Park, Lot 2, Block A, Site Plan, to allow the addition
of a generator with a screening wall enclosure and landscaping on 7.31 acres of property located at 555
Dividend Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, February 21, 2002, subject to the following conditions:
1) The screening wall enclosure shall match the color, texture and materials of the main
building, as revised to add spandrel glass in the locations as designated on the revised
drawing, agreed to by the applicant. (See attachment)
2) In the event this generator is no longer needed, the generator, screening walls and non-
required landscaping shall be removed.
3) The Boston ivy shall be eliminated from the landscaping materials.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 19, 2002, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City CounCil has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the
Planning Department 16 folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, March 6th.
Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpeg file.
