Brinks Lease Space
Generator Enclosure
Dear Greg:
We are formally requesting permission to proceed with constructing the proposed generator
enclosure for Brinks. As discussed in our DRC meeting, we wish to proceed "at risk" prior to
council's approval. We request that the city either grant a conditional permit or Provide
inspection services for the enclosure prior to council approval. We agree to hold the city
harmless and will return the site to its original condition in the event that the plan approval is
denied by council.
Our contractor, Dennehy & Associates, Inc., has submitted the plans to the building department
for review and approval. We request that this be issued a separate permit so the tenant
improvements can obtain a Certificate of Occupancy separately from this scope of work.
