Provide water, sanitary sewer and drainage plans. 2. Show sight-visibility triangles at all ingress/egress points. 3. Show fire lanes. 4. Remove reference to "Future Gateway Blvd." 5. Note//2 under deviation from Subdivision Ordinance should state "with the exception of Roadway Impact fees". 6. Note //4 under deviation from Subdivision Ordinance should be clarified. The permanent drainage system should be constructed through Lot 1R. 7. Gateway Circle should be offset from the proposed driveway to the south by 125' or lined up. 8. The temporary drainage easement should be abandoned with this plat. Site Plans 1. Driveways must be spaced at a minimum of 100' to comply with the City's Subdivision Ordinances. 2. Label the streets on the southside of the development. 3. Water, wastewater and roadway impact fees are required. 4. Indicate the right-of-way width for all adjacent streets.
